Concerto Betrayers

Sabato 12 Febbraio 2011 continua la stagione concerti del circolo Arci Checkmate Rock Club.

Protagonisti della serata i Betrayers, band rock n roll da Chiavari.

I Betrayers sono una band di Chiavari attiva sul territorio ligure dal febbraio del 2008 quando il chitarrista Marco Tidu e il batterista Alessio Sanguineti, reduci da una precedente esperienza musicale comune nei Winterpath, gettano le basi per il nuovo gruppo. 

Al duo si unisce poco dopo Francesco Ghezzi as guitarist and singer who later will pay only the voice to enable voice and guitar lines to gain further strength in this connection is engaged, the young guitarist David Bettinelli. The search for the bass player passes through various collaborations (including the Pixo Charcharodon) finally arriving to the experience of Luke Scovazzo (founding member of the band stage), and thus defining the final formation of the band.

With a musical based on the pillars of rock of the 70s such as Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath to name a few, the focus is groups as a source of inspiration for Black Label Society, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Boogieman, Alter Bridge, Alice in Chains, Black Stone Cherry, Pantera, Down.

From a base of this type is generated the warm and natural sound of Betrayers, married a country where grain metal from Europe, full-bodied sound of the singing melodic lines and help create the mood of the group: desert landscapes and roaring engines are mixed to create an original and contemporary western d 'sensory impact.

In February 2010, the passion and energy of the group are reflected in a first promo cd contenente 7 tracce; oggi il gruppo ha composto e arrangiato ulteriori brani che sono pronti per entrare in sala di registrazione. 

Attualmente la band è impegnata nella partecipazione a concorsi locali sul territorio ligure e nella definizione di un calendario per le date live invernali. 

Con l'obiettivo di trasmettere e plasmare l'energia e l'emozione coltivate durante le ore passate in saletta, il live viene vissuto come il mezzo a doppio senso per rendere il pubblico partecipe, e trarre da esso la linfa vitale per la buona riuscita dello spettacolo.
